2. Listing Guidelines

When listing property on LANDLiST, users must ensure:

• All media (photos/videos) accurately represent the property.
• Property ownership or authorization to sell/rent is verified.
• No illegal, fraudulent, or prohibited content is uploaded.
• Pricing is transparent and excludes hidden illegal fees.

3. Subscription and Payment Terms

Agents and property owners may subscribe to advertising packages. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis and are non-refundable unless specified otherwise in the package details.

4. Limitation of Liability

LANDLiST is a listing platform. We are not a real estate agency or a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers. We shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from property disputes, fraudulent listings, or failed transactions.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, LANDLiST and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on LANDLiST. All intellectual property rights are reserved.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
