Subscription Terms

1. Advertising Packages

LANDLiST offers various subscription-based advertising packages designed to give agents and property owners increased visibility. These include "Featured Listing" status, top-of-search placement, and social media promotion.

2. Billing and Payments

• All subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis.
• Payments are processed securely via our authorized payment gateways.
• It is the user's responsibility to ensure that payment information is accurate and up to date.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. LANDLiST does not provide refunds for partial months or unused advertising credits unless required by law.

4. Professional Agent Accounts

Professional accounts are reserved for licensed real estate agents and firms. By subscribing to a professional package, you represent that you hold all necessary licenses required by Kenyan law to practice real estate.

5. Service Modifications

LANDLiST reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the subscription services at any time. We will provide 30 days' notice for any significant changes to pricing or package features.
