Listing Guidelines
1. Accuracy and Transparency
Every listing on LANDLiST must provide accurate and up-to-date information. Sellers are required to disclose the exact size of the land, its current title status (e.g., Freehold, Leasehold), and any known encumbrances.
2. Media Standards
High-quality media helps buyers make informed decisions. Please follow these standards:
- Photos must be of the actual property being listed.
- Avoid using watermarks that obscure property details.
- Include at least one wide-angle shot showing the surrounding environment.
- Videos should be steady and clear, providing a realistic walkthrough of the plot.
3. Verification Requirements
To maintain the integrity of our platform, LANDLiST may request documentation to verify ownership or authorization to sell. This includes copies of title deeds, mutation forms, or search certificates from relevant land registries.
4. Prohibited Content
The following are strictly prohibited on LANDLiST:
- Listings for land in protected riparian zones or gazetted forests.
- Fraudulent or misleading pricing information.
- Duplicate listings for the same property by the same user.
- Discriminatory language or imagery.
Compliance
Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in the removal of your listing and potential suspension of your account.
